THE UNIQUENESS PATH.

In each of our articles we try to emphasise the uniqueness of every human being. There are no exceptions; every one of us is unique: Unrepeated throughout the whole of Creation. Physically and emotionally we all share many similarities It is those similarities that draw us on to a downward path that leads us to forget our individual uniqueness. When we become aware that a uniqueness level exists for each of us, that is the moment of choice. We may choose to continue along that downward path amid clouds of illusion: Our clear thinking clouded and distorted by our fears and hopes, our clung-to guilt or blame, our pointless aims. We may prefer the safe feeling offered by conformity. To go along with the crowd, to never think too deeply about why we exist and to never look inside ourselves: because it is easier to always look outward.

The above is a fair description of many people, and if we multiply it by a few billion or so, the result is a Mankind with no real idea why it exists, a Mankind that’s individual members will look to anyone else but self, for direction.

The reasons are valid why such a situation exists all of us are born into that situation. The negative outlook is lovingly bred into us and into the way we think and the way we regard those around us and ourselves. Always we prefer to think that others know more than we do, and seldom will we trust ourselves.

We allow the priest to regard us all as sinful souls that God designated to him the task of saving. We allow the doctors to automatically regard us as passive patients. We bow to the authoritative tone of experts, in all walks of life, why? Because we have been lovingly bred to passively submit to the authoritative tone. We ask again why? Because it’s easier to compartmentalise our lives, and our thinking: The doctor when we’re ill, the priest or psychiatrist when we’re troubled, and so on. We prefer to rely upon experts (self-appointed or not) to tell us what to do and what to think, rather than to think things out for ourselves.

Obviously the Expert has a role to play in our lives, and we are not decrying that role: But in terms of uniqueness; only each individual could ever be an expert about his or her own uniqueness. Even then not until at last the individual becomes aware of that uniqueness level. With the growth of awareness dawns the realisation that for all those years each of us has lived with a stranger we think of simply as ‘Me’. After all, it’s a daunting question. How much of ‘Me’ is ‘I’ and how much of ‘Me’ is just a product of conditioned thinking? During all those many years, whose thoughts, ideas and opinions were we thinking? Were we thinking our own thoughts or the thoughts of our beloved role models? Then another uneasy notion arises. Whose thoughts were our role models thinking, their own or the thoughts of their beloved role models? For many it is easier to sink back into passive conformity. But suppose that an individual with dawning awareness, decided upon a 180 degree turn on that path; to ascend out of, instead of to descend into, those clouds of illusion and confusion? Where would he or she start seeking? Really there’s only one place to seek, and that’s inside your self. The individual seeker must choose to develop expertise in the specialised field of Self. There is no other way, because until the seeker understands what makes ‘self’ tick, nothing makes sense. So the seeker chooses the dual role of participant and observer; and this is not an easy task.

It is not easy to live life to the full surrounded by intelligent, good-hearted folks who are convinced that illusion is not only reality but that it is the only reality. Somehow amid this confusion the seeker must totter on, feeling more and more alone, relying only on his or her own inner strength, this whilst observing and asking Self why?

Why did that make me angry? Why did that make me feel happy? Why do I feel intimidated by that person? Why? Why? Why? Always, always WHY?

.

Gradually the seeker learns to separate and define which is clear thought, and which is thought clouded and distorted by emotion. Which is clear thought, and which is current thinking affected and distorted by bitter memories better discarded long ago. Which is clear thought, and which is thought that is always blighted by fear and uncertainty about an unknown future. It is a very difficult path to choose, and only the seeker may walk that path, no one could walk it for them no one else has the right.

So that the would-be seeker is not misled or put off the whole idea, we’ll explain what we don’t mean. We don’t mean that emotion must be crushed or suppressed as soon as it’s felt. Emotion is a natural energy that flows to enrich our thought processes. Because it is an energy flow emotion cannot be destroyed nor can it be suppressed. As energy it can only be converted to something else more useful. Wilhelm Reich, that frontier breaking psychologist, researched the physical effects of suppressed emotion. Those effects he described as Body Armour, where the energies of suppressed and hidden emotions were instead used by mind to lock and stiffen facial and body muscles and joints. Obviously emotional energy put to this use is unhelpful. If that is what we don’t mean, what do we mean? What is the seeker to do with those clouds of uninvited, barely understood emotions, emotions that come seething into your thoughts just when your clear thinking could do without them?

Clogged by fear, by feelings of intimidation, by self-doubts and feelings of inadequacy; or of anger and frustration, clear thinking grinds to a halt. So far we have tried to describe the human being as a trio that, for the duration of a physical life, has no choice but to exist as one unit. The trio consists of me and mind, and body. Usually the trio has had no training, has no specific aims, and just bumbles through life on a sort of committee-decision basis. No part of the trio is truly in charge; because, at an early age, other well-meaning people convinced ‘me’ that both mind and ‘me’ are the same things. But mind and ‘me’ are not the same things. The direction of my life is supposed to be decided by unique me not by my mind, and not by my body. Also not by an uneasy alliance between mind and body, that is known as ego.

Body is me’s physical vehicle; structured from atoms made of energy that have no interest in what they are used for. Mind is me’s complex, sophisticated link with that physical vehicle. Mind’s role is to monitor the smooth functioning of body. Also mind is the linkage that enables non-physical me’s thoughts and intentions to manifest in physical existence. Simply put: Mind’s role is to receive orders from me and to give those orders to body, and to take the weight of monitoring to leave me free to guide the trio. So if Body is the ship, Mind is the chief engineer, and ‘Me’ is the captain, you can imagine what happens if the captain doesn’t realise that he or she is in charge. No one decides about destinations, instead the ship just steams in aimless circles on the ocean of life.

We hope this explains why we urge the would-be seeker to become an observer of Self even whilst fully participating in what’s going on. A way of dealing with those baffling, ill-timed surges of emotion is to simply acknowledge them as you feel them. It’s simple, but not easy. It takes practice. What must you do when you feel those negative sudden surges of anger or doubt, or of fear or frustration that always seem to distort what you intend to say or do? Simply, consciously think: “I feel angry”...”I feel doubt”....”I feel jealousy” Whatever you feel, acknowledge that feeling and then your mind will stop sending it; because you’ve converted the feeling into clear thought. By training yourself to be an observer of Self, you have created a clear dividing line between Me’s unique level and the lower levels of Mind and Body.

Regardless of anyone else who exists, the point of the whole exercise of physical existence for you is what you will learn about you. The point of living countless physical lives is what you will learn about you. Throughout those many lives, everything you have is borrowed from your Creator’s energies. Your physical body and your mind, even the energy structure of non-physical ‘me, is loaned to you by your Creator. What is YOURS is the uniqueness you have given to that loaned energy. It was you, not your Creator, who created that uniqueness.. Every experience during your many Astral and physical existences, that bruised or uplifted you or that affected you in some way made you what you are today. So how you regard yourself now, is the result so far of the total effect of those many experiences. Those experiences and their effects on you are unimportant. What is important is how you regard yourself now you at last realise that YOU ARE UNIQUE.

You are unique simply because no one else in existence has had exactly the same total experiences of life as you have. Now that in this life you have learnt of your special uniqueness you will want to cherish it. You will want to guard it and you won’t allow Mind or Body; yours or anyone else’s, to hide that uniqueness from you ever again.

In each of those past lives you have been drawn either down or up that same path Your 180 degree turn on that downward path has aimed you uphill towards Ascension.

What we have offered you are simply tools to help you understand yourself a trio of which you must be in charge. Your first essential step on that difficult upward path is to clearly understand you and how you tick. At the top of that path is something special that belongs to unique YOU. On the Path you will meet many people ready to guide, or misguide you. But only you, with your discernment, intuition, and inner strength could achieve that climb. No matter what others may tell you, there are no short cuts. No easy ways, and only you can do it; because it is your path if you choose to travel it. Ofcourse what we have written here would seem very obvious to those of you who in this life, made that 180 degree turn long ago. If so we ask you to use this article to help others and as a reminder of the ongoing changes in you since you first made that turn.

IN THE ABOVE ARTICLE WE HAVE REFERRED TO THE ACCUMULATED EMOTIONAL SCAR TISSUE THAT WE STILL CARRY FROM OUR MANY PAST LIVES. ANYONE WHO HAS SUCCESSFULLY BEEN REGRESSED WILL KNOW THAT DURING THE SESSION, FEELINGS AND EMOTIONS ABOUT PEOPLE AND EXPERIENCES IN THOSE PAST LIVES, OFTEN WELL UP AND ARE RELEASED DURING THE SESSION. THESE ARE GENUINE EMOTIONS THAT COULD NOT BE RELEASED DURING THAT LIFE NOR DURING THE LIVES THAT FOLLOWED. IN THAT SENSE THOSE TRAPPED EMOTIONS BECAME BLOCKAGES THAT AFFECTED ALL THOSE LIVES INCLUDING THE PRESENT LIFE. TO BE SUCCESSFULLY REGRESSED NO LONGER REQUIRES THE USE OF DRUGS OR HYPNOTISM. IT IS A RELAXED PROCEDURE THAT IS THERAPEUTIC. WE OFFER PRIVATE SESSIONS OF PLR TO THOSE WHO ARE ABLE TO VISIT US.  YVONNE IS A PLR THERAPIST, SHE IS ALSO A PSYCHIC MEDIUM WHO IS ABLE TO PSYCHICALLY ACCOMPANY THE CLIENT TO KNOW WHAT THE CLIENT IS EXPERIENCING. FOR THOSE WHO CANNOT VISIT US, WE OFFER A POSTAL SERVICE FOR TRAPPED SOULS RESCUE/RELEASE, FOR CLAIRVOYANT READINGS AND FOR PERSONAL PAST LIFE INFORMATION READINGS: MANY SEEKERS HAVE FOUND THESE READINGS HELPFUL GUIDANCE ON THEIR OFTEN LONELY ASCENSION PATH.
